Our Apartmenthouse
Since the year 1968, our apartment house is a popular place for couples, families with children and larger groups who rent the whole house for a longer term. Everyone feels at home – families or couples, the younger and older!
We accommodate guests from all over the world every year. We are very happy about many friendships that result from it.
Here you will find everything what you need for a perfect holiday. Cosy apartments, recreation, activities of any kind in the summer and winter, open space for your children.
We offer you newly furnished apartments with balcony, which are only 400 metres away from the next lift station. You will find the bus stop for the ski bus in front of our house.
Our house offers you a large garden with a barbecue, which is in the summer to your disposal.
You will also find a children´s playground, table tennis and cash machine on site.
Private parking is available free of charge.
Our cosy apartment house is located at the foot of the Schmittenhöhe, above Zell am See, surrounded by beautiful mountains and forests, in a sunny location with panoramic views.
Within a couple of minutes you can reach the Lake in Zell am See or the mountains, where you will find 150 km of groomed slopes and 60 cable cars and lifts.
In the beautiful surroundings of the Europa Sport Region, there is always something to do – from action to relaxation and enjoyment.
